First up is Panzer Vor, under whose forum this is posted. The game features a hex board and card driven movements and gameplay and included a DVD containing a tutorial on how to play. Just recently, a new GuP boardgame, Panzer Vor Ausf. 2 has appeared. The pictures available would indicate this is an area movement game rather than hex based so it would be a new game rather than an expansion to Panzer Vor!.

Tank Hunter Girls und Panzer Edition (no BGG entry) looks to be a themed version of Tank Hunter, a card game. It shows up on Japan's Amazon site, haven't seen it available elsewhere.

At least one enterprising BGG'ers has developed a GuP scenario for an existing game, Advanced Squad Leader, applying the existing rule set to the tactics of Sensha-do.

There exists a fair amount of GuP figures and toys, in particular, model tanks. The latter could conceivably be used in a minis game, but to my knowledge no GuP minis rule set exists.
Although video and computer games are not the focus here at BGG, I've noticed several GuP-themed video or PC games. I have not played any of them so I can't comment. Some enterprising individual could add them to the Video Game Geek sister site of BGG. These games are:
World of Tanks, an online tank game, allows for tank skins to be applied which would make one's tank resemble those of the anime series.

This is the Panzer Vor PC game, under development at this time. It looks like an RTS game. The developers are up front about not having the licensing rights yet, so the whole GuP theme may be dropped if they can't get them
